1. The competition is open to either highschooland or college students.
  2. Only one (1) participant per unit is allowed to participate in the contest.
  3. The contestant must bring and use soft charcoal pencils (soft & hard) or medium drawing pencils.
  4. The contestants must use the master’s illustration board with size 15”X20”.  This will also be provided by the organizers.
  5. The subject of the contest will given by the members of the board of judges.
  6. The duration of the contest is four (4) hours.
  7. Only the contestant is allowed in the contest venue.
  8. NO distinguishing mark or name of the contestant shall appear in the entry except the entry number written at the back provided by the organizers.
  9. NO borderline in the master’s illustration board is allowed.
  10. Master’s illustration board will be provided by the organizer

ON-THE SPOT PAINTING CONTEST

General Rules and Guidelines of the Contest

  1. The Competition is open to either high school and/or college students.
  2. Only one (1) participant from each region is allowed for the category.
  3. The contestant must bring his/her own painting brushes, rulers, and pencils.  Any kind of brush will be allowed.
  4. The contestants will use acrylic base paints that will be provided by the organizer.  The following color paints will be provided: three (3) primary colors (red, blue, and yellow) an two (2) natural colors (white and black).
  5. The contestant will NOT be allowed to use other paints other than those provided the organizer.
  6. Mixing the color paint is allowed.
  7. The contestant will use one-fourth (1/4) illustration board that will also be provided by the organizers.
  8. Contestants will be allowed to finish their paintings within four (4) hours.
  9. No distinguishing mark or name of the contestants shall appear in the entry.
  10. No borderline in the master’s illustration board is allowed.
